Executive Summary

Ricmac Logistics is a company specializing in logistics around Southern Africa (i.e. South Africa, Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe).

We were established in 2006

We are staffed by a highly trained, motivated and dedicated team of professionals with a vast knowledge of the import / export and transportation industry.

Ricmac has its head office in Johannesburg, South Africa with other offices in Lilongwe, Blantyre, Zambia, Muzuzu Mangochi (Malawi), Lusaka and Kitwe (Zambia) respectively.

We have been Operating for more than six years, the company has rapidly grown to become one of regional Southern Africa’s most in-demand independent logistics businesses. Founded by Managing Director Abram Nkhunzi, with previous vast experience in transportation of goods and passengers in the southern African region.

Servicing South Africa, Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe. This included passengers, building materials and general freight along with high security items such as electrical and entertainment appliances, tobacco, alcohol and medicinal supplies.

Ricmac Logistics prides itself on honest, reliable and excellent customer service, treating each customer and company with the highest level of personal attention, professionalism and confidentiality. 

Our trucks include 24-hour satellite tracking equipment providing up to minute monitoring of consignment. Each and every item onboard is treated with the utmost care, arriving at destinations on time and in perfect condition.

A 24-hour – 7-day service, the Ricmac’s trucks and buses include the latest trucking and trailer equipment – kept in excellent condition, professionally cleaned and mechanically serviced weekly.

All our drivers have vast experience on long distance and truck driving with number of years behind them. 

All our drivers are licensed and qualified, fatigue managed, with minimum public driving license

As part of the Ricmac Logistics proposal, employees have been trained to ensure freight received is fully inspected and that freight is loaded in a timely and intelligent manner. During this process all discrepancies will be reported via email and or fax to your customer service team.
